• Continential Breakfast available at Hotel 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM
• UOL Registration will be open from 9:00 AM to NOON.  (Turn left off hotel lobby & follow signs).
• Ukrainian Market Place Open to Convention Delegates, Guests & Public 10 AM to 4 PM, Salon D. 
• UOL Historical Room Open to Convention Delegates, Guests & Public will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM.

8:00 AM:     Moleben Service to the Savior at Hotel Chapel

9:00 AM:     Senior Business Session IV & Junior Business Session IV

10:45 AM:     Combined Jr. & Sr. Session

Noon:        CONVENTION PICTURE AT HOTEL / Then lunch on your own, not provided

2:00 PM:      Presentation:  "Icons and Sacred Space" by Michael Kapeluck, Iconographer (Info Here) at Sts. Peter & Paul UOC Carnegie, PA     

3:00 PM:     Vespers at Sts. Peter & Paul following presentation

4:30 PM:    Cocktail Hour prior to Grand Banquet at Hotel

5:30 PM:     40's Themed Grand Banquet; Award Presentations

7:00 PM:     Grand Ball/Zabava with Zirka & Basket Raffle & Jr. UOL Raffle Drawing

Grand Banquet & Ball

Saturday Night of course will be the Grand Banquet and Ball celebrating the UOL’s birthday of 75 years!  The theme for the night will be of the 1940’s design with all the elegance.   

Banquet will start with a Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar) at 4:30 PM

Dinner & Presentations will comence at 5:30 PM

With your selected meal choice from registration of

☐ Child (chicken fingers) ☐ Gluten Free

Convention Ball - ZABAVA

After the Convention Banquet you will be able to dance the night away to the fabulous sounds of “ZIRKA” from Canada! Make sure you bring your dancing shoes!

During the Zabava you will be able to:

• Dance from 7 PM to 11 PM 
• Take pictures at our MOXIE Selfie Station with various props!
• See who wins all the beautiful Convention  Raffle Baskets!
• Renew old friendships and make new friendships!
